Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist position is responsible for timely and accurate management of tasks related to customer accounts and completing the processes to close deals within the guidelines.

Reporting Relationship: Reports to Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Process payments and vehicle payoffs
• Vehicle tracking
• Deal processing
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Maintain and update fleet computer database
• Communicate with customers and vendors
• Audit inquiries and reconcile reports
• Invoicing and collections

Ideal Skills & Experience

• Microsoft Suite experience (Excel spreadsheets, Word, etc
• Some mathematical abilities
• Detail oriented
• Positive attitude and team player
• Previous fleet sales or automotive sales experience a plus
• Ambitious, Self-Starter
• Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
• Desire to learn
