DAY TO DAY AS AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

As an entry-level Accounts Payable Clerk, you are eager to develop your accounting skills and motivated to keep our finances in good shape. Every day, you complete a variety of activities that help keep our financial matters in order. Attentive to even the smallest detail, you help keep our expenses in check by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, receipts, and credit card statements.

Nothing gets past you as you analyze expense reports and charge expenses to the appropriate cost centers and general ledger accounts. As you work, you keep detailed entries about your progress. A team player, you are happy to jump in and assist with other tasks as needed. You take great pride in keeping our books straight and our company successful!
