Global Manufacturing company in Port Bienville is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk
$16.00/hr - $20.00/hr DOE
Full-Time
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receives and verifies expense reports
- Reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records
- Facilitates payment of vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies
- Ability to manage supply chain inventory and valuation
Requirements:
- SAP/ERP Experience
- Microsoft Office Experience 2+ years
- Applicant must pass Excel test with score of 70% or above
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and organize
- Thorough Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley
- Knowledge of manufacturing accounting and inventory
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable or equivalent education
