VulcanForms Inc. seeks an Accounts Payable Clerk for our Devens, MA location.

Job Purpose

As an Accounts Payable Clerk at VulcanForms Inc., located in Devens, MA, you will have the opportunity to work with a fast-paced team in a rapidly growing organization. VulcanForms Inc. is a manufacturer of complex, high value engineered components in serial production at the world's most powerful additive foundry. This role is hands-on in our Devens, MA facility and not a remote work opportunity.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in the day-to-day accounting operations within the Accounts Payable function
• Maintain supplier records
• Ability to organize and accurately process a high volume of data
• Reconcile account balances with suppliers
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Reconcile and post credit card transactions
• Execute daily processes and controls accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work in a situation requiring attention to detail, coupled with a high level of multitasking and prioritization needed to meet aggressive deadlines

Preferred

• Self-starter, well organized, detail-oriented, diligent
• Eager to learn new skills
• Experience with Epicor preferred

• Strong sense of ownership
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Excited about taking on new challenges in the metal additive manufacturing industry and working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Self-motivated, hands-on, practical mindset, and capable of setting and reaching ambitious goals
