Mt. Macrina Manor is a 133 bed, not for profit, skilled nursing facility that has served Southwestern Pennsylvania since 1971. The grounds are located approximately one hour south of Pittsburgh in a scenic, peaceful rural area directly off Route 40 in Uniontown. The facility offers 24 hour nursing care, rehabilitative services, memory care, and pastoral care to all denominations. General Description:
- Process bi-weekly payroll in a timely matter, with high attention to detail
- Collect and maintain payroll and tax data
- Quickly and efficiently resolve payroll discrepancies
- Maintain employee confidence
- Ensure all records are kept confidential
- Review quarterly taxes for accuracy, process W-2s, and complete annual ACA reporting
- Process weekly vendor check runs
- Ensure invoices received timely, and distributed to Department Heads for approval
- Ensure invoices are properly coded and entered in the correct period
- Ensure W-9s are received for new vendors
- Prepare annual 1099-MISC and 1099-NECs
- All other job duties as assigned
Requirements for this role:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on Payroll and Accounts Payable experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and professional when handling confidential data
- Knowledge of UKG/Kronos Workforce Ready a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods setting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds

Macrina Manor, prospective employees must be fully vaccinated at time of orientation. A person is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their second dose in a two-shot series, such as the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccines, or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as the J&J/Janssen vaccine.
