Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a distribution company located in Azusa, CA.

Duties:

• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
• Perform monthly reconciliations
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Audit and process credit card bills
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries

Pay: $20.00- $25.00 Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am5:00pm

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of basic accounting payable
• 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable
• Microsoft Excel
