We are currently hiring an Accounts Receivable Analyst who will work on our finance team in our Miami corporate office and perform billing, collections, and reconciliations.
What you will do
- Billing Reports
- Invoicing
- Post payments and apply all payments to invoices
- Collection of payment on outstanding invoices
- Research outstanding issues
- Reconcile specific accounts
- Prepare financial spreadsheets and other ad hoc reports upon request
- Maintain organized files of billings, receipts, and back up
What We Are Looking For:
- 1-3 years’ experience in as an Accounts/Receivable Analyst or Clerk
- Previous experience working with business-to-business collections
- Strong communication skills, both written and orally.
- Detail oriented and eager to learn
- Associates degree in accounting or above preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to establish priorities, organize work to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Office Automation experience -Must be proficient in the use of office MS Outlook, Word, Excel. 10-key by touch. Experience with Lawson A/R billing software a plus.
