Duties include but are not limited to processing invoices for customer accounts, applying payments to customer invoices, working with customers in account collections, maintaining customer dispute and deduction logs, maintaining commission logs for sales personnel, performs data entry of customer information, part number pricing, downloads and distributes customer credit and debit information, daily sales reports, reconciles specific GL accounts at month-end, maintains collections lists and performs invoicing, works with Quality management for customer claims, assists with general front office tasks as needed.

Qualifications include experience with accounting/bookkeeping, front office administration, highly accurate data entry skills, ability to analyze data and maintain detailed supporting documentation, have excellent communication skills, professional phone etiquette, be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision in a busy office environment.
