From people in foreclosure, going through a divorce, relocating and can’t sell their house, those who own a vacant house they don’t want to deal with anymore, to landlords tired of dealing with tenants, people who inherited a house they don’t want, good folks who lost their job and just can’t afford the payment anymore and can’t afford to pay a real estate agent their fees to sell it, to people who owe more on their house than it’s worth and listing with an agent just isn’t an option.

JOB SUMMARY

Eagerly seeking a talented, full-time Home Buying Specialist to join our real estate team!

You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with sellers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary plus Commissions plus Bonus to equal first year on target earnings of $90k to $125k.
  • Majority of the leads come from warm leads that have been vetted by a lead manager before they are handed to the home Buying Specialist.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess comparables, property value and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
  • Calling warm leads & following up with set appointments.
  • Running ARV numbers on property leads and determining offers.
  • Upholding relationships with leads + realtors.
  • Responsible for contracts, purchasing deals, and negotiating acquisitions.
  • Being the face of the company!
  • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
  • Follow up on all leads and requests for information
  • Talk with potential sellers to get a clear understanding of what they want and need, then, work together to find the best solutions- Be a valuable resource and trusted advisor for your clients.
  • Meet with distressed/motivated sellers that want to sell their house fast for cash and identify any hidden or additional needs involved with the decision.
  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task.
  • Long-term, consistent follow-up with sales prospects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 + years of proven sales success with a demonstrable track record.
  • High level of integrity with excellent people skills.
  • Talking with people at their level in their preferred medium (in person, phone, text, email, chat)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
  • Enthusiastic passion for real estate and goal-oriented personality
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • You have a “Whatever-It-Takes” attitude and are willing to go above-and-beyond
  • You are looking for a long-term position with a large potential for growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
