Responsibilities:
- Build reports with Hot Leads and CLOSE High Ticket SALES
- Run Comps and Analyze the Deals
- Present Offers
- Manage Negotiations over time
- Manage Process of Closing Deals
- Maintain CRM with every Interaction with Clients
Qualifications:
- Sales experience (auto sales, real estate sales or acquisitions, in-home sales, etc.) preferred
- Experience using a CRM lead tracking system (such as Podio) preferred
- Construction Management experience is a plus
- Flipped a few houses already? You are perfect for this role!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $85,000.00 - $245,000.00 per year
