Job description
Interviews residents and families on admissions and PRN to obtain activity history relevant and care planning.Participates as a team member in Care Plus and conferences on behalf of residents.
Prepares and keeps current record for each resident.
Organizes and carries out residents daily and group activities.
Responsible for organizing events and holidays.
Orders and maintains supply of recreation apparatus and equipment.
Makes arrqangements for transportation to movies, live entertainment, special programs, and group outings.
Record and maintain quarterly and PRN activity assessments.
Assiste with shopping for personal items for residents.
Decorates facility for seasonal events and holidays.
Basic office skills to include: filing, tryping, computer and telephone etiquette.
