Montana State University Billings (MSUB) is seeking adjunct (part-time) faculty for all colleges and disciplines. These positions are temporary in nature and hired on a semester-by-semester basis as needed.

Adjunct (part-time) faculty will teach online or face-to-face courses. Part time faculty will also provide quality educational experiences through teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

- Master’s degrees are required for most MSUB programs and disciplines (exceptions lie within our technology and skills-based programs where teaching degree requirements have some flexibility)
- Experience teaching
- Experience working collaboratively with other professionals
- Strong technical skills including computer skills and ability to teach and communicate using web-based programs
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong dedication to student success including the ability to commit the necessary time needed to follow-up and communicate regularly with students
- Ph.D. in appropriate field.
- Experience in college/university teaching
- Experience teaching courses utilizing online platforms
- Related professional experience
- Experience with D2L, WebEx and Zoom.

Applicants hired for Adjunct (part-time) Faculty positions will be subject to a criminal background investigation prior to an offer of employment being extended.
