Position Summary:
The primary responsibilities of this role include administrative support, project management, and reporting and schedule updates. This person should be well organized, flexible, resourceful, have a team-oriented attitude, and be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The ability to interact with staff and external partners at all levels, in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient is crucial to this role.

Essential Functions:
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, including meeting logistics, meeting agenda and presentation preparation
  • Arrange travel for various YES leadership team members, including the executive team
  • Coordinate conferences and meetings including registration deadlines, activity descriptions, travel arrangements, communicating updates and deadlines to all parties participating
  • Prepare presentations, reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries
  • Research and prepare summaries of products, initiatives and internal systems as requested
  • Manage the YES Employee rewards program
  • Attend meetings and compile, transcribe and record highlights and action items as needed
  • Efficiently manage shifting priorities to meet deadlines and action items
  • Recommend, develop, and streamline organization and reporting for the leadership team
  • Create and maintain reports and summaries for YES leadership team
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team and industry partners
  • Other duties as assigned by executive team
Required Skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality
  • Proven analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to apply knowledge creatively to develop solutions to information requests
  • Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach to communicating with senior management, high level external clients and all company personnel
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products – specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Proven ability to create, edit, and update company presentations through MS PowerPoint
  • Must be self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
SALARY RANGE: $55,000 to $65,000 Annually, plus quarterly bonus
