Grand Island, NY employer is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to fulfill their 6-month assignment. Hourly pay rate starts at $16/hr. and hours are 8am-5pm, M-F. You must be able to be onsite for the full 6-month term and this company will offer reimbursement for daily toll expenses accrued via your Grand Island Commuter EZ Pass account!

Please note that a HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED IS REQUIRED and will be verified, along with your employment history. Other pre-employment background screenings will be required, as well.

Responsibilities and Skills Needed for this position:

• Maintains and issues departmental files as required.
• Distribute point of use copies to departments.
• Distribute approved DCRs for training prior to implementation.
• Photocopies confidential documents as required.
• Perform data entry activities.
• Complete assigned training in the Learning Management System.
• Maintains Archiving of batch records and central files.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor, manager or Director of Quality.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and One Note).
• Any manufacturing experience and/or experience with Good Manufacturing Practices is a +!

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel, Word, & One Note: 1 year (Required)
• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
