Goldie Associates has been providing engineering and environmental services for over 35 years and is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its staff and provide exceptional customer service. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of Goldie Associates, primarily supporting the laboratory and operations department. The Administrative Assistant is the primary interdepartmental point of contact and is a critical team member.

Responsibilities
- Maintain filing systems and client information
- Send laboratory reports to clients and DHEC
- Invoice clients
- Maintain inventory for main office and field operations
- Customer service
- Serve as backup for utility billing administrator
- Cross train in compliance reporting
- General administrative duties
Knowledge and Skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and technology
- Highly proficient organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Typing – minimum 50 WPM
- Communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, and the general public
