On-site Administrative position for real estate property management firm providing senior housing on Long Island. Candidate must possess customer service, organizational and administrative skills to manage an office and have patience and sensitivity in interacting with senior residents. Duties include renting apartments and enforcing lease. Suffolk County resident preferred.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct resident’s annual recertification, ensure accuracy of all lease documents and enforcing lease.
• Communication with residents regarding lease renewals and resolve any concerns.
• Maintain the waiting list for renting apartments.
• Ensure approved applicant’s move-in process is smooth and processed on time.
• Follow up on monthly rent payments.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and willingness to learn property management software.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000 commensurate with experience
