Establish work procedures or schedules.- Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records correspondence, or other material.
- Provide services to customers, such as order placement or account information
- Print various labels & company literature
- Set up shipping of ground packages and LTL shipments
- Create / email customer invoices or company literature.
- Enter vendor bills
- Create customer quotes
- Any other various task as they may be assigned.
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Recievable
- Shipping
- Purchasing
- Ordering
- Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook )
