RDDUSA specializes in supplying quality military tents and some military field gear.
RDDUSA was established in 1985. In 2002, RDD USA had also started selling online and in store military
products to individuals.
Job Purpose:
RDDUSA is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide full range assistance &
support to ensure efficient operation of the office, store, and warehouse. The administrative Assistant will
need to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and
delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. The role will include light bookkeeping.
Duties include and are not limited to:
Conducting data entry.
Organizing and prioritizing information and calls.
Preparing reports, memos, letters, invoices, and other documents as needed.
Filing and retrieve corporate documents, records,
and reports.
Manage accounts and perform light bookkeeping (mainly data entry).
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management
database systems.
Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of related job experience.
Full English proficiency.
Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office suite applications.
A proactive, energetic attitude.
Excellent interpersonal, communications skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour
