Administrative Assistant
Sunbelt Forest Products, a Division of UFP Retail Solutions, is the nation’s largest producer and manufacturer of high-quality pressure-treated lumber in Southeast America and provides pressure-treated wood to lumber yards & large distributors. Headquartered in Bartow, FL, we operate over 12 locations across the East Coast. We specialize in providing wood products that hold up to the harsh tropical climates of the Southeastern United States and the Caribbean.
Administrative Job Duties/Responsibilities
This position provides administrative support to the operations at Brunswick, GA. Key tasks include data entry, running reports, and analyzing data. Must be safety conscious, able to work in an office environment, and communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful self-starter. Examples of tasks that may be part of the daily work:
- Scan and file inventory lists, update inventory information, Inventory Reporting
- Entering POs
- Miscellaneous Production Reporting, Production Data Entry
- Process paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments
- Cross train in all departments to perform duties as needed
- Answer phone calls and basic customer questions
Qualifications
Administrative Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented, analytical, ability to problem solve.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace within time constraints.
- Strong written and communication skills are required.
- Must have attributes of a dedicated and resourceful self-starter that can deliver results.
- Professional & Team player; Positive attitude is a must.
- Customer Service background (Preferred)
Education/Experience
- High School or GED Graduate (Required)
