Description & Requirements

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant in its North Carolina or South Carolina offices. This position will support attorneys and staff throughout our U.S. offices. The regular work schedule for this position is 10:30 AM – 7 PM EST. This position is not eligible for full-time remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit invoices and expense reimbursements through ChromeRiver
  • Schedule and update calendars
  • Initiate file opening process for conflicts checks
  • Record time entry
  • Arrange travel accommodations
  • Assist with the preparation and word processing of documents
  • File documents in document management system
  • Upload electronic documents
  • Prepare outgoing US Mail, FedEx, UPS envelopes/packages
  • Perform special projects as needed
Requirements

An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be organized, prompt, detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and with juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and must commit to the confidentiality of client- and firm-related information. In addition, individual should have excellent working knowledge of various types of technology such as databases, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
