New Alternatives, Inc. is looking for a full-time clerical staff to work within a mental health clinic at one of our adolescent residential programs in Chula Vista.

New Alternatives, Inc. falls under the California Public Health Order and is additionally required by our county contract to ensure that all employees are vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19.

This position reports directly to the Clinical Director and Assistant Clinical Director and helps manage all aspects of the mental health program. The position has various daily and weekly responsibilities such as filing, billing, auditing, shopping and keeping the program running smoothly, as well as unique tasks that come up daily. BA/BS required.

Applicant should be detail oriented, organized and have the ability to multi-task within a high paced environment. Applicant should be able to switch tasks easily and be able to handle a stressful environment while keeping a positive attitude.

This position is in person, Monday through Friday, with a degree of flexibility in time for the right candidate. Position starts at $16/hour.
