Administrative Assistant & Customer Service
Job description
We are looking for a really special person...someone great with people, helpful, friendly, intelligent, and kind. We want administrative help with all the tasks involved in managing a very busy physical therapy clinic. We want help with treatment billing and claims management as the needs arise. We want an experienced person who can join our team smoothly.
Our patient-centered model involves caring and respectful relationships among our staff family and the ways in which we care for our patients. This includes reducing stresses inherent in the office management and financial aspects of our business.
Our practice is growing. Our ideal candidate has office administration experience and healthcare insurance/billing/collections experience (Physical Therapy specific billing experience preferred).
Job Duties for the Administrative Assistant include (but are not limited to):
