Administrative Assistant & Project Manager (remote)

Marketing to Mission is seeking a Virtual Administrative Assistant & Project Manager to assist with keeping projects on task and on time. This role will work with and report directly to the owner, as well as coordinate with other contractors and clients. This is a fully remote, part-time, independent contractor position, starting at 5-7 hours/week.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor email inboxes; alert owner to urgent needs via text; reply to emails as necessary
  • Oversee client projects ensuring that they are completed on time
  • Manage tasks of sub-contractors
  • Create and manage projects & tasks in Asana
  • Set up & confirm meetings
  • Send invoices & statements to clients
  • Other business administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proactivity (ability to take initiative)
  • Ability to identify potential resource problems
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana experience is a plus)
  • Competency with Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Sheets, etc)
  • Experience with Quickbooks is a plus
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets
  • A sense of discretion
  • Reliable computer and access to the internet
  • Some daytime availability (for meetings)

While this position is 100% remote, we are looking for a candidate located in the counties surrounding Philadelphia (Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh, Berks, Chester, or Delaware county). Candidates outside of this area will not be considered.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, beginning at $16/hour.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
