Job description:

We are looking for a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to help manage our small office. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a scheduled lunch break from noon to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Duties will include:

• Answering phones, greeting visitors and sorting mail;
• Data entry and filing;
• Drafting business letters;
• Ordering supplies and general office maintenance;
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Wages start at $39.97 per hour with annual contractual raises.
