REPORT TO: Director of Pupil ServicesJOB MISSION: To assure the smooth and efficient operation of the pupil services office in order to achieve the maximum positive impact on the education of children.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Performs clerical duties a.Files b.Mail c.Types d.Data input2.Communicates and provides information by relevant methods to parents, students, staff, and other stakeholders.3.Manages, updates, and organizes information relevant to department operation. a.Special Education information software packages4.Maintains confidential student records of the Pupil Services Department according to strict Department of Education requirements regarding Special Education records5.Prioritizes and Coordinates referrals for School Psychologists6.Provides support to the Director of Pupil Services as needed7. Performs reception duties in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Admits, greets, and directs visitors.
