Join us in this role where you’ll support the Vice President of Operations and provide assistance to our department across several locations in North America. You’ll report directly to the VP and work closely with the Operations Leadership team to maintain the administrative tasks and help the department run efficiently.

Welcome to Operations North America
You’ll be part of the Operations Senior Leadership team where you, together with your colleagues, will collaborate with our global Operations teams. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the assistants to other executives across the organization. Also, you’ll join a growing, dynamic team that serves locally in several locations, incl. the Operations HQ on Long Island.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • scheduling and managing the VP’s calendar and activities, incl. expenses, time registration, travel arrangements, meetings, presentations, etc.
  • providing onsite administrative support in the Boston office for events and meetings
  • acting as liaison with the Facilities department
  • assisting with onboarding new employees, incl. ordering equipment, confirming office placement, and scheduling orientations for new employees
  • assisting the Senior Leadership team with key departmental initiatives and assisting with department-wide events.

  • enjoy working with different teams and communicate openly while being detail-oriented and thorough with completing your tasks
  • have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact
  • can communicate with both internal and external individuals with professionalism and take pride in your work
  • hold at least two years of administrative support experience specific to individual support.
