Coordinates the general office routine of Nursing Administration
- Schedule and oversee appointments, travel arrangements, telephone/reception, maintenance of files, ordering and maintaining supplies, typing reports, all correspondence and other material of confidential nature
- Document and distribute financial information, travel requests, and capital budget requests to appropriate departments
- Assist Chief Nursing Officer by creating, gathering, and compiling information for reports as requested, creating graphs, charts and databases
- Provide support for assigned meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation, and recording and distribution of minutes
- Attend assign meetings
- Assists the CNO, Administrative team, and Nursing Division team with Joint Commission Standards compliance and survey preparation
- Demonstrates professional conduct with accountability for actions.
- Knowledgeable of and accesses policies on-line
- Participates in performance improvement initiatives
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, scheduling and facilitating Health Professions Club meetings and events
- Leads the planning, coordination and supervision of the High School Cadet program
- Works with agencies, HR to coordinate Agency staffing
- Demonstrates cooperative, constructive complaint, problem-solving techniques and offers suggestions for improvement using BBGH standardized tools and behaviors for conflict resolution
- Resolve issues to improve patient satisfaction using service recovery as indicated
Offers suggestions and actively participates in identifying department needs
