CPC is seeking candidates for their Administrative Assistant position.

Summary
: The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support and administrative coordination to the Early Childhood Education (ECE) Program and its Management Team.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Prepares documents, spreadsheets, and reports as needed.
  • Collects data and documents and manages electronic filing system.
  • Drafts and maintains administrative policies and procedures for review and approval.
  • Ensures timely communication of policies and procedures updates within program team members.
  • Assists in organizing and preparing for conferences, special program events.
  • Arranges travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Manages all administrative tasks for ECE programs including but not limited to answering phones, incoming mail, and inventory supplies, coordinates office equipment's service and repairs, pre-purchase requisitions.
  • Greets visitors and connects them to appropriate area or staff person.
  • Problem-solves for the concerns of clients, visitors, and other employees.
  • Schedules meetings, prepares agendas, reserves, and prepares meeting facilities, records, and distributes meeting minutes, and other documents to committee.


EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma/GED with three years of related work experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite in a Windows environment.
