Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related area and minimum one year of experience / or equivalent experience / training.
- Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate, verbally and in writing, effectively with all levels of personnel as well as senior leadership and donors.
- Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong service orientation.
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on assigned duties in an independent manner
- Ability to work well under pressure; ability to maintain a service-oriented approach
- Functions as the gatekeeper, understanding the requirements of the Weill Institute, in order to prioritize issues according to urgency.
- Ability to work well with others and as part of a team; being flexible in a dynamic environment
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in widely varied work, involving analyzing and evaluating many complex and significant variables.
- Graphics/web/publications applications such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with the organization's processes, protocols and procedures.
