  • Location: Loveland and Estes Park
  • Status: Full-time, 40/hrs. week
As Administrative Program Supervisor (Wilson/Estes) you will provide active leadership to SummitStone locations as needed to ensure the successful operation of administrative and clinical service lines. You will identify opportunities to standardize and streamline agency services and workflows, establish standards and processes which ensure organizational resources are being utilized to optimal levels which are consistent with industry best practices. Responsibilities also include day-to-day on-site operations including attending to the immediate needs of staff, resolving interpersonal conflict between administrative team members, and preparing and guiding team members during operational changes, and scheduling appointments and financial audits within the EMR system. Outpatient therapy, outpatient medical, MAT, clients completing intakes, etc

Experiences and Background We Look For:

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in a related position and Associates Degree (AA) in business or related field; or High School Diploma and 3 years of closely related experience. Valid Colorado driver's license; Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening for all federally illegal substances, including THC.


Preferred
: Able to type accurately and enter information into a computerized system. Prior data entry experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and an electronic medical record, preferred. Bilingual and Bi-cultural.

Wage Ranges:
  • The typical hiring range, for a 40-hour work week, based on relevant qualifications and experience is $22.54/hr. to $27.60/hr.
