We are currently seeking an Administrative Receptionist on-site position in Chapel Hill, NC.
NC Center for Resiliency is a mental health organization that is focused on the restoration of resiliency and coherence in the mind and body through the use of psychobiological therapy approaches. Our Chapel Hill, NC center is comprised of somatically informed practitioners that offer services of counseling, counseling, training, and collaboration with integrative medical practitioners for your success. Our mission is to be continually expanding the reach of this work.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Requirements:
- Answering Phones
- Daily Invoicing, AR reporting, and refund processing
- Client billing liaison, including taking payments from call-in clients
- Insurance verification, taking insurance payments, ending/updating insurance, tracking payments
- Claims – reviewing, finding errors, supporting issues
- Tracking PIMSY (Clinical Documentation) issues
- Supporting therapists with insurance, invoice, and other related needs

- Familiar with medical billing and insurance-related responsibilities
