Thrive Healthcare is looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our team. We are a quickly growing Healthcare Company that provides in home nursing and physical therapy to predominately elderly patients.

The position will include the following responsibilities:

1. Answering phone calls from patients, Dr offices, and hospitals. Over time we can teach you how to handle the majority of these incoming calls and which nurse should receive the relevant information from each call.

2. Strong Computer skills are REQUIRED

• We have an electronic fax (basically we get PDFs instead of paper faxes). We need you to download these faxes and put them in appropriate patient electronic folders
• When we get referred a new patient, we need you to enter the patient’s information into our System. This includes basic info like address and phone and a little bit of medical information, which we will train you to do.

If you are very detailed oriented, comfortable working with technology, and have strong customer service skills, this could be a great job for you. You also really need to be passionate about healthcare and about helping patients because the services we provide are critical to a patient’s wellbeing.

Our office is located at 12061-B W Jefferson Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90230.

The hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
