Job Description: You will be part of our administrative support department which focuses on activities such as:
- Order entry
- Process Improvement (e.g., integrating software automation with manual workflows)
- CAD support (administrative processing for the digital design team)
- Customer Service
- Billing / invoicing
- Miscellaneous office admin activities
Required Skills: Basic computer skills and excellent interpersonal skills are required. Typing at 50+ WPM. On the job training will be provided for industry specific skills.
Preferred Skills: Self-starter mindset, ability to lead others, experience with process improvement, attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills.
Pay and Benefits: Pay ranges from $18-22 based on skill and experience level. For full-time roles, the company has benefits such as:
