Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Nashua, NH
Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform basic administrative duties with minimal guidance.
- Experience/knowledgeable on personal computer and/or create documents and proof read for accuracy.
- File and retrieve documents.
- Perform copying and faxing.
- Handle telephone calls and correspondence.
- Open and distribute mail.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, calendars, appointments and travel itineraries.
- Other administrative duties as required.
- Order forms and general offi ce suppliers.
SKILLS:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word (Windows NT) and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multi-line phone system and learn voice-mail.
- Ability to type 40 words per minute with high level of accuracy .
- Communication interpersonal skills
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years
Job Type: Contract
Salary: Up to $15.22 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Nashua, NH 03063: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
