The primary responsibilities include impacting and/or driving significant growth within respective business portfolio by influencing client solutions, and processing framework through innovation and product strategy. The Client Development Executive will be responsible for producing strategic and significant revenue generating initiatives to expand a much deeper reach within our existing client(s). The Client Development Executive will partner with AGS operation(s) leader(s) to optimize client retention, develop strategic to provide value added partnerships and identify/foster growth opportunities for expansion/acquisition.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide Strategic direction and implement business to drive additional services for existing clients.
- Manage the provisions of guidance and execution of design, content and other tactical support and insight into critical metrics for building proposals.
- Provide partnership with client to ensure that strategies are executed, and client concerns are resolved.
- Work with Executive Director, product SMEs and business development teams to build and facilitate sales presentations.
- Lead operations and implementation teams to ensure exceptional client experience and drive expansions and strategic growth.
- Own relationships with key stakeholders/desired business groups, program marketing and evangelizing, and identify business not currently under management.
- Ensure we collect/capture strong proof points and case studies that can be used for pursuits.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve operational delivery and satisfaction.
- Monitor performance against KPIs to ensure viability of the partnership and mitigate possible negative risk to AGS of our customers.
- Grow AGS account market share YOY as a GP goal.
- Generate new business in existing accounts through participating in Pre-Award Client Capture activities.
- Align and maintain internal OpCo partners in top geographies/opportunities to ensure attention and focus to proactive and reactive demand.
- Ensure leadership is apprised and engaged.
- Meet with end users, sponsors, and stakeholders to reinforce current using groups/functions and identify additional strategic targets.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience- 10+ years of client management and/or combination of business development
- Extensive supervisory experience
- Proven ability to establish executive level relationships
- Successful experience in procurement solutions
- Ability to sell with data, fact and logic
- Ability to drive influence and build effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels
