Job Purpose:

Viva Eve is looking for Aesthetics Injectables Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse to join our Plastic Surgery division. This Aesthetic Provider is an experienced professional who is committed to patient care, continuous education, and is an expert communicator. They're professional by nature, but warm and kind in disposition with patients and teammates. An Entrepreneurial spirit will serve this Provider well in a start-up environment, as well as an authentic, vested interest in being a part of a growing team of Plastic & Aesthetic Providers.

This candidate is seasoned within the industry and will adapt quickly to Viva Eve's cultural and operational requirements. This candidate comes with deep knowledge of the Patient Journey within Aesthetics. They come onboard understanding compliance, discretion, and the approach to patient care that is required in Aesthetics.

Job Duties:

• Provide aesthetic procedures such as Botox, Dermal Fillers, and more.
• Educate patients on other Viva Eve procedures and products that compliment the treatment and enhance their result
• Provide patient consultations and recommended treatment plans
• Assess skin aging or other skin-related health problems.
• Deliver best in class cosmetic injectable treatments under the supervision of the Director of Plastic Surgery
• Ensure highest level of customer service for Viva Eve Patients
• Answer patient inquiries of any kind in a professional, friendly and direct mode of communication
• Ensure compliance with professional standards & regulatory requirements
• Able to set, meet and exceed sales goals
• Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible
• Meet with patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing care
• Assist care team with setting goals for quality assurance and best practices
• Contribute to Social Media Content Creation and Marketing efforts

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 Years of Experience working at a Plastic Surgery, Aesthetics or Dermatology practice as an Aesthetics Injector.
• Current New York State RN or PA License Required
• Passion for women's healthcare
• Experience building a client base
• Social Media presence
• Empathetic rapport in communication
• Able to work collaboratively with multiple health professionals in a busy environment
• Leadership skills to help coach coordinators and guide subordinates in best practices
• Great attention to detail
• Infectious enthusiasm
• Teamwork and openness to support company initiatives

• Proficiency with EMR, charting and other software skills
