Affiliate Marketing Manager
SamCart is looking for a talented Marketing Manager of Affiliate Partners to join our growing team. We're a company founded and run by marketers, and place high value on go-getters in Marketing.
This role would manage a new initiative at SamCart, growing our affiliate ecosystem, to acquire new affiliates and maximize customers brought in through our affiliate program. This role has the opportunity to shape a new marketing and sales strategy, partnering with a talented team of marketers and business development sales professionals as we target, acquire, onboard and enable/nurture proven affiliate sellers!
Responsibilities
- Fully own Affiliate strategy, implementation and execution - planning, content development, execution, existing affiliate engagement, acquiring and onboarding new affiliates, and driving and measuring key metrics of success for the Affiliate strategy
- Develop strategy and execute that strategy for Affiliate partners, including both engaging existing affiliates and acquiring new VIP affiliates
- Determine and create content and cadence for Affiliate material
- Engage regularly with top SamCart Affiliates to ensure they feel supported by SamCart and to drive their success
- Create and develop communication strategy and plans to Affiliates
- Manage and execute promotions and launch plans for Affiliates, so our partner ecosystem can leverage SamCart launches
- Work closely with Marketing to build affiliate content
- Work closely with Sales, developing sales enablement content to be used in sales process with leads brought in by Affiliates
- Drive improvements to our Affiliate strategy by determining KPIs, and consistently measuring and reporting on those key performance indicators to Marketing and Sales Leadership
- Manage relationships and support needs with our Affiliate Partners, including communication, requests, commission pay-outs, and more
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of marketing experience at a SaaS organization, ideally in affiliate, partner, client, or performance marketing
- Demonstrated experience owning large projects from start to finish
- Superb customer & partner-facing communication skills
- Ability to write customer and prospect communications\Excellent project management skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong internal communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members across multiple departments to drive projects to completion
- Ability to influence and lead without managerial authority
- Get it done attitude
Added bonus if you have experience in following areas:
- Experience using project management tools like Notion or ClickUp
- Strong technical skills and expertise, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft and experience building content streams in-app
- Start-up experience, especially early/high growth stage SaaS companies
