Responsibilities:

• Works in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team.
• Facilitate, oversee, and coordinate appropriate and continuous aftercare counseling.
• Facilities group therapy.
• Identifying resources needed for continued recovery following discharge.
• Completing progress notes and entering all appropriate aftercare planning interactions, including contact with referring professionals, into the internal database.
• Verifying authorization to communicate with referring professionals or programs with the parent/legal guardian prior to discharge.
• This position requires providing service to Adults and Adolescents in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology/human services required.
• Master’s degree in Human Services field preferred.
• Experience working with women with eating disorders and discharge planning preferred.

Hours:

• 40 hours a week (8 hours day) Full-time
• 20 hours a week (5 hours day) Part-Time
