Job Title: Locally Employed Person Screening Cell

Location: Al Nakhla, KSA

Working hours: The contractor is responsible for providing service 8 hours/day, 5 days/week for the duration of the Period of Performance (PoP). Office business hours will be 0800-1600, Sunday through Thursday, except USMTM recognized holidays (federal) or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility closings. Local Saudi Arabian holidays do not apply. The Contractor must, at all times, maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this PWS when the Government facility is not closed for the above reasons.

Duties:

  • Conduct BAT enrollment of OCNs. This includes the enrollment of those seeking employment, annual enrollment updates of current LEPs, and enrollment/updates as the situation require or as directed by the onsite Government representative. The OCNs BAT record shall be updated immediately after the following processing. A screener must be able to perform three (3) complete enrollments daily.
  • Provide support to the government in coordinating CI activities and participate in collection operations to obtain intelligence information as it relates to investigations of individuals, groups, and incidents to detect, identify and neutralize insider threats and terrorism directed against the U.S. Army. LEPSC will assess all screening applicants in accordance with AR 381-10, 381-12, and 381-20. If personnel is found in violation of the aforementioned regulations, all leads will immediately be passed to the Special Agent in Charge (SAIC) of SRO.
  • Personnel Traffic Flow. Maintain matrix with names, phone numbers, BAT record number, civil ID, passport number, native language, language used in the interview, country of origin, the company of employment, email address, and current physical address of all OCNs screened or BAT enrolled by contractor employees. The Government shall have 24/7 access to the matrix.

Requirements:

  • Screeners should be the DoD Civilian equivalent of Air Force Office of Special Investigations.
  • Screeners must have experience with screening, screening tasks and/or investigative questioning techniques.
  • • Screeners must be proficient in the use of SIPR search engines and database retrieval tools, such as Query Tree and M3. • Screeners must have experience with screening, screening tasks and/or investigative questioning techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
