The Analyst III/Customer Engagement is responsible for developing marketing strategies and tactics through multi-channel communications efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong oral and written communicator with experience in, community outreach, events, social media, digital outreach, and content creation. The Analyst works collaboratively with internal stakeholders, media, community partners, industry partners, vendors, and customers to strategically communicate key company initiatives. The successful candidate is a self-starter who is organized and capable of meeting multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment even in times of crisis. The ability to understand business strategies, analyze and interpret data to determine ROI of marketing initiatives, and critical thinking skills is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires four to six years of relevant work experience plus a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential job responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Engagement

  • Prioritize, schedule, track, and complete customer engagement projects in a timely manner
  • Assist in managing all aspects of the Company’s participation in various events, shows and conferences
  • Analyze and prepare recommendations for management on programs, events, sponsorships, and opportunities including creating and executing customer engagement plans
  • Research vendors and negotiate rates appropriate for program advertising needs
  • Manage all aspects of multiple customer engagement campaigns and production of collateral materials to support company-wide initiatives
  • Evaluate marketing mix and provide recommendations for changes or implementation of new tactics to maximize effectiveness of customer engagement including digital or direct mail campaigns including working with internal or external groups/agencies to generate customer lists, applying data research and demographic analysis
  • Review and make recommendations on final copy on materials targeting all customer segments and markets for a variety of media platforms (web, video, TV, print media, radio, social media, SMS, Push, mobile app, chat, and other developing channels) in coordination with internal departments or external agencies
  • Analyze and report metrics on customer engagement efforts, special projects and campaigns using various data sources, Google Analytics, and other digital measurement tools
  • Assist in developing strategies and proposals in support of programs that increase customer engagement, customer acquisition, and growth of Company’s market share
  • Perform market research functions including analyzing customer engagement data to assist in decision making for strategic decisions, closely coordinating with outside agencies, internal departments while working with division and corporate staff
  • Consolidate, synthesize information, and deliver content in various formats such as PowerPoint, spreadsheets, or written reports
  • Analyze market conditions and opportunities, evaluate, and recommend potential new customer outreach programs
  • Provide direct support to Energy Solutions, Key Account Management, Sustainability/Energy Efficiency, Customer Solutions, Operations, and company-wide initiatives
  • Handle special projects and perform high level analysis on an ad hoc basis
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Regular and predictable attendance is a condition of employment and is an essential function of the job

SALARY DETAILS

$72,744 - $109,116
