A decor manufacturer is looking for Accounts Payable Supervisor in Los Angeles, CA. This position will be responsible for prepping ACH/Wires, running AP aging, scheduling, payments for the week and many other duties. They will be responsible for reviewing credit memos. They will also be responsible for sending confirmation emails to the factory for ACHs.

Responsibilities:
- They will be preparing for ACH/Wires and also going to send confirmation emails to the factory for ACHs.
- They will be responsible for managing running AP aging and scheduling payments for the week.
- Facilitates correct and timely preparation of budget reports and purchase journals.
- Ensures proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records.
- They are going to process a lot of invoices, so need to be strong in automation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of experience relevant to AP is a must.
- Must be proficient with Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups and able to manipulate data).
- Experience in manufacturing/distribution is required
- 2 years of lead/management experience
- 3 way match is required
- Expertise with various types of accounting software platforms.
- Highly skilled and proficient at verifying financial or transactional data.
- Ability to exhibit composure, patience, and confidence when facing difficult situations.
