We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor at our apartment community in the East Side of Pittsburgh. This position is for multiple affordable housing complexes.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing a small staff including a Porter and Maintenance Technicians. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, preparing units for new tenants, completing service requests in a timely manner, and general housekeeping/grounds keeping to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents and visitors.

Must be motivated, available to work in all weather conditions and “on call” for emergencies. (This will be on a rotating basis)

The ideal candidate would be experienced with managing a small staff, and have general knowledge of service and repair in the following areas:

• Appliance Repair
• Electrical
• Basic Plumbing
• HVAC experience (preferred)
• Drywall
• Painting

Additional Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively, detail oriented, willing to learn new skills. Pay is negotiable and based off of experience. Reliable vehicle is required, as travel is necessary to multiple properties in the area. Travel costs between properties are reimbursed.
