Kelly's is so proud to be serving the Central Point/Medform area, looking to continue serving local residents and businesses in a manner consistent with how well West Coast Appliances had served them.

Currently, we have multiple openings for Appliance Salespeople !

In this role, you can be expected to do the following :

• Greet and interact with customers, making them feel welcome and appreciated
• Listen to the customers, get to understand their needs
• Identify available appliances, bedding/mattresses, and furniture options that meet the customer's needs - suggest options to the customer
• Should the customer not make a purchase immediately, follow-up with them to ensure they have all the information they need - ultimately, in an effort to guide the process to a sale
• Once a sale has been made, arrange for payment and delivery options most suitable for the customer
• Monitor the order through delivery/pick-up, providing updates to the customer as needed; includes post-delivery/pick-up follow-up with customer to ensure the customer is satified the sales and delivery/pick-up experience, and happy with the product
• Throughout the whole process, maintain accurate records (in company business systems)

If you have the following attributes, you'll probably do well in this role :

• Prior experience selling appliances or other durable goods (furniture, bedding, cars, etc)
• Prior design experience (for some customers, the appliances are part of their interior aesthetic)
• Listening (being able to articulate back to the customer what they stated their needs are is super important)
• A passion for service (if you don't like helping people, this will be a tough gig for you)
• Being comfortable being paid via commission (people who like to be in charge of their destiny/earning-potential do well in this role)

Shift

• Like most retail sales opportunities, this role is comprised of a mix of weekday and weekend shifts (typically resulting in your two days off not being consecutive)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

• Appliance Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Durable Goods (appliances, furniture, bedding, cars): 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
