Position Description:
Job Title:   Application Support Analyst
Duration:   12 Months
Location:  Nashville-TN 

Job Description:
Technical Systems Support, including project identification, resolution, and integration of tech solutions. 
- Follows established development and support processes 
- collaborates with business partners to understand requirements for technical solutions and troubleshoots system related issues 
- Provides excellent customer service and ensures systems remain available for end-users 
- Performs advanced configurations, integrations, implementations, and upgrades of existing & new systems 
- Participates and provides support on projects 
- Works on complex projects that may span multiple functional areas or lines of business 
- Identifies and automates tasks and processes with scripting and automation tools The team supports a variety of purchased applications. In most cases we work with vendors to maintain the system

Typical Day:  Typically, an 8-hour day. Weekend/on call work as necessary, typically scheduled in advance, on-site as needed. Applicant is expected to self-manage their day and know what needs to be done to meet customer, team, project needs. Work with team members and team lead daily 

Education Requirements:   4 year degree with 5+ years IT experience 8+ years’ experience could take the place of degree

Technical Skills :  System setup/support SQL scripting Oracle & SQL Server database Integration experience Windows and Linux server Technical design

Soft Skills - Teamwork - Strong written and verbal communication - Ability to communicate direction with leadership - Process disciple - Willingness to learn and adapt.
