We are a boutique managed service provider that specializes in helping firms implement secure Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamic 365 environments. We are Microsoft Partners, who wants small- medium businesses to be able to access enterprise-level solutions.

Our people enjoy developing technical solutions, learning new technologies, and making our customers happy.

We now need someone to support our Marketing team to drive sales nationwide to support the success and growth of our services. We are looking to bring on board an Appointment Setter.

What will you do?

Work with Marketing Team to validate and update the contact record for accuracy in the company’s database (list) of clients and prospects that would impact marketing campaigns.

Job Description:

To personally verify customers’ information such as phone number, address, email, etc by making phone calls to the prospective clients list.

To maintain 100% accuracy of the company’s database.

To ensure the consistent supply of 100 qualified prospects for marketing campaigns on a weekly basis.

To meticulously follow the company inside sales process, which includes tracking and reporting on key metrics, updating records appropriately, following scripts, etc.

To follow up on leads that have come in using the company’s lead follow-up process to qualify them, classify

To make 200 outbound dials per day to the prospective customers.

To update all company CRM records with accurate and complete information. This will include using the dialer to record calls, keeping good records of conversations in the record itself, updating the status of leads accurately, etc.

To use the company’s database, LinkedIn, and other resources to ensure the prospect list is clean and updated.

To be a careful understudy of the sales team and learn all products, price points and promotions so you can assist in closing sales. This will require detailed knowledge of all products.

To clean lists and make marketing calls as needed for marketing initiatives like webinar.

Reaching out to potential clients via phone and closing workshop engagements

Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by offering our products and initiating appointments with the Sales team

Sourcing of leads/ Leads generation

Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue.

Develop and distribute reports of each day’s appointments.

Use Microsoft Office suite to manage various aspects of the job.

Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments.

Complete required call sheets at the end of each day.


Requirements:

Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or tasks

Previous experience as List Scrubber, Appointment Setter or Outbound caller in an IT company.

Softest Accent in English accent

An outgoing personality with great communication manners

Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements

Excellent communication skills: written & verbal.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude and work independently with little guidance.

Familiarity with cloud technology products and services is a plus but not required.
