Apprenctice Craftsman / Production Associate
Myerstown, PA

• Work as part of a production team on one of two campuses to produce innovative products that have allowed our team to enjoy consistent, rapid growth
• We are looking for both experienced woodworkers AND entry-level candidates - career changers, recent graduates, and skilled candidates are welcome to apply.
• Receive on-the-job training - learn how to operate woodworking equipment as part of an assembly line
• Cross-train across departments to learn how to operate CNC equipment, apply finish & stains, assembly, packaging & shipping, among other skills
• As we continue to grow, there will be room to advance, learn new skills and step into leadership depending on your interests and aptitudes

Wyrmwood Gaming is hiring skilled and entry-level production workers to join our growing team. You will begin your training working on one of our stock items - for those who love craftsmanship, we have a variety of roles dealing with design and high-end woodworking that you can move into. Our ideal teammate has an eye for detail and a passion for quality.

Our Ideal Production Associate

• Team Oriented: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do high-quality work. Good people skills.
• Active: As our order backlog increases and we ramp up production – we will be hustling to get a quality product in the hands of our customers. This position involves being on your feet, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working in an active role as part of our production team.
• Desire to Learn: We offer paid, hands-on training if you are willing to learn—no textbooks. No classes. No homework.
• Efficient: We take a Lean Manufacturing approach and look for a production associate who continuously asks – "How can we do this better?"
• Positive: Brings a "Can Do" attitude and willingness to join an innovative workplace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
