The Accounts Receivable Analyst will be responsible for posting payments, researching unapplied payments, and collection of past due invoices.

The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both paper and over the phone, as he or she will frequently deal with various levels of management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively collaborate with the various offices at the Company to effectively collect on open AR
• Maintain accurate aging reports
• Interact with customers to resolve outstanding invoices in conjunction with the company collection policy
• Research and resolve unapplied cash timely and effectively
• Post payments received in Workday to D365
• Manage client account information to ensure accuracy
• Perform additional administrative duties as requested or assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

• Experience with Workday Projects and Project Billing software preferred
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail; able to look outside the box to see how items coordinate or link together
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Effective verbal and written communications
• Demonstrated customer service orientation
• Advanced mathematical and logical deduction skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Education, Training and Experience:

• A/BS in Accounting or Business
• 3+ years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
