Albert Taus & Associates, a firm with a 50 year history is located in Far Northeast Philadelphia, we service customers on the East, Mid, South West Coast and are seeking a full-time motivated, hardworking individual with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience. WITHIN 30 MILES OF OFFICE
This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to receive a well-rounded and hands-on experience with an established and busy boutique architecture firm in all disciplines of our industry (mechanical, electrical, plumbing including structural, civil engineering, and fire protection as well as zoning laws, building codes, and ADA compliancy, etc.).
This position will also be responsible for communicating professionally with clients, developers, engineers, contractors, and zoning and building officials on a daily basis.
We are located in Northeast Philadelphia but service customers all over the north and southeast in 35 states.
Qualified candidate will have:
- Understanding of architectural design and construction documentation and administration including site surveys, knowledge of building codes, zoning, etc.
- Strong organizational and communication, verbal and written, skills
- Fluent understanding in Auto CAD
- Ability to multitask on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work on and with a team
- Commercial building experience is preferred
