Location

We are currently seeking a full-time Architect with experience working on higher education and/or science & technology project types for our Omaha, NE office.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for leading the planning, developing, and managing of projects from initial concepts through construction and project completion
• Work with teams between multiple offices on designing and detailing laboratory layouts
• Assist with marketing and developing strong relationships with existing clients and new client leads

Qualifications:

• Accredited degree in Architecture, licensable or licensed.
• 8-12 years of professional experience
• Experience or interest in laboratory design and detailing
• Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Enscape, and Rhino/Sketch-up
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to clearly communicate concepts and coordinate work efforts with architectural and engineering staff
