Clearance: TS SCI w/Full Scope Poly

Responsibilities:

The Archiving Technician will have the following responsibilities:

• Level one processing of paper records.

• Creation of paper accession files
• Creation of accessioning records
• Stabilization of accession
• Creation or update of collection records in an inventory database
• Level two processing of paper records

• Re-folder records as necessary
• Perform minimal preservation per guidelines in processing manual
• Arrangement according to format
• Minimal arrangement of records
• Creation of a box list
• Updating records in records management software

Requirements:

The candidate must have the following experience:

• Experience maintaining physical records for archiving
• Experience preparing and maintaining records inventory
• Experience creating paper accession files and accessioning records
• Experience updating accessions and records in records management software
• Experience with document digitization.

Education: High School Diploma Required

Security Clearance Required: Top Secret SCI w/ Full Scope Poly

Job Type: Full-time
